I am Femke Wamelink, a business owner, certified Nutrition and Immune Coach and a member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).

My mission is to empower women and others to achieve better physical, mental, and financial health through realistic, evidence-based approaches to positive lifestyle changes. With a focus on connection and community, I aim to inspire and guide individuals toward balanced living, emphasizing gut health and personalised nutrition that fits their unique needs and lifestyles—no fad diets, just practical, sustainable solutions. I provide: - One-on-One Coaching for personalised guidance. - Group Programmes, including the Midlife Balance Programme, tailored for women aged 40–60 navigating life transitions. - Health-is-Wealth Retreat Days in South Africa, offering immersive wellness experiences. In addition to coaching, I actively lead a whole-school food programme at a private international school in Germany, promoting health and well-being for students, parents, and teachers. This initiative includes nutrition education, improved school meals, sustainable food sourcing, and support for physical and mental well-being. Through my international Test-Based Nutrition Network, I also offer health and wealth solutions, helping clients worldwide create healthier lifestyles while exploring financial opportunities. Whether in person or virtually, I work with clients globally to help them achieve their health goals and live more vibrant, balanced lives. Let’s create a lifestyle that works for you—together.

ABOUT US

02A13CF1-B597-411D-B943-B36F02B72FFB.jpeg

Femke Wamelink — certified nutrition and immune system coach, entrepreneur, and coach for women who want to take back control of their health and lives.

I know from personal experience what it feels like to burn out. A burnout and years of battling endometriosis taught me the hard way that your body won’t keep functioning if you ignore it. I’ve completely overhauled my lifestyle — and now feel more energetic, fitter and healthier than ever before.

As a mum of five, I know better than anyone how easy it is to put yourself last. That experience is exactly why I do what I do: I want to show women that there’s another way, without having to put yourself second.

My mission: to help women take back control of their physical, mental and financial health. Not with quick fixes, but with realistic, evidence- and test-based steps that you’ll stick to — because they fit your way of life.

I believe in the power of connection. Women who see each other, support one another and grow stronger together. That’s why my work isn’t just about gut health and personalised nutrition — although that is my specialism — but also about the feeling that you’re not on your own.

This is how I work with you:

  • One-to-one coaching — personalised guidance, fully tailored to your body, your life and your goals.

  • Test-based solutions — no guesswork, just clear insights for preventative health and a lifestyle that truly suits you.

  • Midlife Balance programme — for women aged between 40 and 60 who are going through change and want to regain control of their energy, hormones and balance.

  • Retreats in Germany and South Africa — intensive, immersive wellness experiences. Invest in yourself: relax, get active, learn simple tools you can apply straight away, and share this with like-minded women.

Whether you’re sitting on my sofa or logging in from the other side of the world: together, we’ll build a life where you’re back in the driver’s seat — feeling more vibrant, more balanced, and with greater control over your health and your future.

You deserve a life that suits you. Let’s build it together.

Charlotte - Danish at heart, at home in Germany for over 30 years – a mother of three and a lifelong sports enthusiast.

It was a case of lumbago that led me to Pilates – and I discovered a method that strengthens both body and mind in the long term.

Today, I am passionate about teaching Pilates Reformer training and helping women achieve greater strength, flexibility and well-being.

My focus: preventative health, body awareness and balance in everyday life.

For women who want to feel strong, balanced and full of energy.

Marion - 54 years young, married and the mother of two wonderful daughters.

As a mother, daughter and wife, and with over 20 years’ management experience, I know how difficult it can often be to switch off and practise mindfulness in everyday life. Standard advice rarely helps when life is complex and real solutions are needed.

As an IHK-certified specialist consultant in stress and burnout prevention, I support people with practical approaches rather than theoretical, textbook advice. My focus: strengthening mental health, promoting physical wellbeing and restoring balance to everyday life.

For people who are in the thick of real life and long for more peace, clarity and renewed strength.
